LITTLE FLOWER SCHOOL presents an intensive geared towards mastering the technical aspects of bouquet-making, both bridal and hand-ties.

In this pointed day-long intensive, Nicolette will articulate the nuances and architecture of creating lush, romantic bouquets. A cast of outstanding stems will be sourced locally and beyond to provide spirited inspiration for the class. Participants will watch Nicolette lead a demo on how to navigate the intricacies of bouquet-making, with a focus on how best to honor each stem's role within the collective. Students will learn technical skills such as forming, taping and ribbon-ing, along with boutonniere-making. Students will revel in a flower buffet of Spring's best to create two bridal bouquets (countless rolls of premium ribbon will be on-hand to adorn bouquets!). Each composition will be professionally shot by a photographer; this class is suitable for those who wish to expand their floral portfolio.

All materials including clippers, flowers, ribbon and bouquet-vases will be provided— each student will take home their masterpiece. Light snacks will be served throughout class.

This class is open to students of all levels. Full payment is required to reserve your spot. This class is non-refundable and will take place Sunday, April 8 at a Brooklyn venue to be determined from 10-5pm. We encourage students to bring a notebook to write down any valuable tips advised during Nicolette’s demo and Q & A, as these segments can be information dense.
