POLICIES & FAQ
Little Flower School has a strict no refund, no credit, no transfer policy. There are many behind-the-scenes expenses that are required in order for us to produce our classes, and we spend an incredible amount of money on product, food, flowers, trucking, supplies, location fees, paying our assistants, and more. All of these moving parts are instrumental to the success of our classes, and if we were to offer refunds/credits for cancellations it would be a huge loss for us.
We pride ourselves on crafting these experiences to be special and perfect. We do not oversell our classes because we want each student to feel that they are given the attention they deserve.
If you are unable to attend one of our classes, you are welcome to sell your spot to someone else, or find a lucky friend to go in your stead. Just send us an e-mail letting us know so that we know who to expect in your place.
Payment in full is required to hold your spot; there will be NO refunds or credits given for late cancellations or no shows.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from the issue date.
Vouchers issued for extenuating circumstances expire one year from the issue date.
What should I bring to class?
Unless otherwise noted, all materials are provided including flowers, clippers, and vase. Feel free to bring a camera and/or journal.
Is food provided?
Sometimes we provide a lunch or light fare during class; we will mention this in anticipatory class e-mails so you know how best to plan.
Can I keep my arrangement?
YES! Students take home the beautiful arrangements they've created.
How can I find out about important class information?
We send a reminder email the week of the class to confirm all the details and any updates. Class location is subject to change.
The class I was hoping to attend sold out. Is there a waiting list?
While we typically don’t have cancellations for our classes, there is always room to expect the unexpected. It never hurts to email us at email@example.com if you see the class you wanted to take is sold out; we will put your name on our waiting list and reach out in the event that a space opens up.
Do I need floral design experience to sign up for a class?
Most of our classes are open to all experience levels unless otherwise noted.
